Thanks everyone, I'm going to demo some HD seats this weekend. My Scooter was delivered this afternoon! Great idea on the Rally thought, I thought about having my modded, but was hesitant, any companies you recommend?

 

I'm 6'1" and 290. The mustang summit simply didn't work for me on my new Ultra. I will say that my C&C Sport Tour that I had modded by Astech was outstanding on my StreetGlide.

I'm going with a Russell Day Long now, but that would look out of place on your bike. Check out Astech,

 

I am 6' 6" & 314 and am looking as well for a comfortable long ride seat. Will try the HD Tallboy seat from the dealer next time I am out for a day on the bike.

 

Russell Daylong... Best saddle period... of course JMO.....

6 ft 2 in and 270 lbs. I'm running the Russell day long on my 15 RGS. I sent in the HD Tallboy for the conversion. It was on my 12 Ultra Classic before I traded it in.


RDL is a lot of money, but its well worth it IMHO. They are made to fit each person individually.

 

Harley Hammock seat. It's like a tractor seat....wide and comfortable.

 

I second that, doesn't look cool, but the leg room is great.

The best bang for the buck would be Mean city cycles. I have had two seats done by them. all day ride comfort, plus a custom stitch to match the bike, and cheaper than what else is out there.
