I have thousands of $$ in detailing stuff for my side gig. I always have Uber on hand and recently ECHO2. Thats how good these 2 are. F11 no way will I put my name on anything it touches.
However, its your bike and your money. Don't get caught up in the marketing hype.

Philly, FLY EAGLES FLY!!
We get that you don’t like F11. We get that you like Uber. If someone is using F11 and likes it, why does that ruffle your feathers so much? This whole thing is about doing what makes you feel warm and fuzzy during and after the process. I have cabinets full of products. Been a member of Autopia since 2004. Run a detailing business on the side. Despite all of that, I can appreciate what F11 brings to the table based on my own use on my own bike. Guess that makes me a hack huh?

My feathers don't get ruffled, don't have any feathers brother. Ive said it before and one more time, if you like it use it,doesnt matter to me. F11 has the best marketing guys in the world!
If you have been involved with detailing, real detailing, how many people that are detailers that you know use it or recommend it??
Do you put this on your customers vehicles and call it good? If you do that's your business., I could care less. Im not putting my name on a vehicle with that stuff on it. If you get warm and fuzzy putting this on, whatever floats your boat brother.

Over the years I have got a ton of info from this site that helped me out a ton. Haze helped me with my audio system over the years and saved me a ton of money, so I try and return the favor. Sent Alex a package with some supplies for his comp bike and vette. Many guys on here that I have helped out with this stuff thru PM, texts, and phone calls. Im just trying to return the info help I have received and steer people in the right direction.

Uber is not the end all be all either, but its really good. Echo2 works incredible on coatings, so do other offerings. McKees has a nice one. Polish Angel's is probably my favorite but its price keeps me from buying again because of how much I use.

Once again, for 1000th time, If you like it use it. Your money your bike. Don't get mad bro

You keep saying if you like it use it, then in the same breath you push Uber or ECH20 on people lol.

Of course I don't use it on customer vehicles. It's cost prohibitive. But, I've had customers ask for it by name and I will absolutely use it in that case with no reservation. I couldn't tell you how many detailers recommend it or not. I would guess not many, since it's not really marketed towards that crowd at all. I have my own personal favorites that I've vetted and curated over the years and have found work for me. I don't rely on what others use to get ideas for my own business.

As for dilutable rinseless solutions that can be used for several different things, I'll stick with ONR. A guy could go on for hours rattling off product brands that have good stuff. I don't see the point, personally, unless you're an enthusiast and want to amass a huge collection of stuff you've used twice before moving on to the next recommendation.

Im not pushing anything on anybody plain and simple. Im offering my thoughts on products that work better and are cheaper in my opinion. If that upsets you, don't know what to tell you. I give my thoughts on said product, if you don't like my thoughts on it, don't know what to tell you.

We can agree that ONR is a really good product. Ive gone thru gallons of it and it has always done the job I used it for.

Been using this for a little while now and like it. Now that ive been through a few rains though; I have a few questions to ask. Im using it on an denim black bike and seems to streak and get water spots after the rain. Im wondering if its supposed to do this? Am I applying it wrong etc? Clean up is still pretty easy. Just spray a bit more and wipe in.

Streaking is possibly the product breaking down when it gets wet. Might want to took into something thats designed for matte

Default WARNINGper F11 and Denim

There's a little discrepency in the video's vs the written instructions.
youtube.com/watch?v=jGVKv-DoTGk comment posted 2019-07-14

WARNING: F11 absolutely ruined my denim paint job on my brand new Harley. I conducted the application with other older gearhead friends present (i.e., we all witnessed the application and the strikingly unexpected results). I read all I could find, and watched quite a number of videos and decided to do what is recommended here @8m48s as also appears on several other videos. Huge mistake. After a month of trying to get it rectified -no deal, the damage is permanent (mottling affects are permanent).

I'm sure its great stuff. I don't know why several videos are recommending application method different than what appears in the instructions on the label for denim finishes. Supposedly its water based and contents "cannot harm your paint finish" (as claimed everywhere), but it did in my case. I conducted the application on an early not-very-warm evening in total shade. I'm an older biker with plenty of precious car and motorcycle care experience (not just some young inexperienced kid). One of my buddies who was present, and who in fact had gifted me the stuff, is a high end surface repairs specialist and classic car and bike gearhead. We are all mystified. I immediately reported it to the company, and have reached out to them twice now. No response, not that I expected one, there is absolutely no warantee -so the responsibility is all mine.
