Map update 2015 Streetglide Touring does not complete
I am trying to update the 6.5GT Boombox system with the latest 2017 map update. The update starts and then shows: "Software installation process was interrupted. Please re-insert USB device." After re-inserting the USB stick the process starts again and interrupts after ca. 25% again.
I can't interrupt the cycle and can't seem to reset the whole system. Any ideas ?

Make sure your Bluetooth devices have Bluetooth switched off or you are sure they are out of range.
I would think if Naviextras Toolbox confirmed download, and you have your 6.5 Boom registered by it it would work.
Just curious what software version is installed? 1.20.3 is the latest one.

You do have only one update on the device correct? What I mean is you only have the map update on drive, and not the dealer update or software update.
Also you did the correct map region update right? (I would think the tool box would lead you down the right road)
I know once you start the process it only has one thing on its mind and that is to finish that process.

I have now been to my dealer. Removing the main 50 amps fuse and updating the software to 1.20.3 worked. It didn't solve the maps update and trying to update them brought the same problem again. I have tried various flashdriver as well ... frustrating but my dealer will now contact Harley Davidson to get the boom box replaced.
