First 5000 miles: 2016 Limited
I bought a new 2016 limited back in January, when the incentives kicked it. I picked it up in February, when spring arrived early. Today I hit 5000 miles. I've had zero issues. This thing is head and shoulders above my 09 Ultra. There's more power, it rides better, I can touch the ground better, and I'm already spoiled with Boom system.
My longest day of riding was 12 hours, and I did 425 miles. It started warm and sunny and ended in a torential down pour. I find the seating position very comfortable.
I did have to adjust the headlight, as it was basically pointed straight at the ground...LOL.
I do wish it shifted as quiet as a new M8, but I'm glad I don't have any of the issues some new M8 owners are having. Since there was no incentive on an M8, it wasn't happening anyway.
I can't wait to take a nice 10 trip on this thing.

I bought my 16RGU a year ago. After the break in period I took it to an indy for a dyno tune. Just stock condition. Before the tune, I was running 70h/89t. After the tune, my sheet shows 79h/101t. So much for the one map fits all by Harley. Yeah stock condition, that means stock pipes, stock intake, stock cams.

I'm another very happy Limited owner. I turned 15k last weekend and have only had a couple issues (water pump died, shifter arm stripped).
OP, as far as the shifting goes, I've been using Belray synthetic for the transmission (Syn3 for the others) and I find it shifts way better, and not as noisy, then with Syn3 in there.
