Would you make this trade?

Would you make this trade?
I realize no one can decide for me.......maybe just need a little swaying one way or the other.
My bike: 2015 RGS 20,000 miles. Mine has Tour Pack and lowers.
Dealer: 2016 RGU New
$8000 to boot. That includes $1000 in labor to swap over sound system, mufflers, etc.
I could of course do this myself as well
If I take of TP and lowers, $8700.
Would you? Gets me a bike in the color I want (don't really care for my superior blue), New and another two years of warranty. I was planning on an ESP for 2015 for $1400 as well. So I could justify that into my savings as well.

If I was comfortable with the numbers, I would make the trade.
You don't sound in love with your current bike, even if it's just the color (superior blue was the best color for '15). Let the dealer have the pak and lowers for the additional $700 trade-in value.
In exchange, you get a bike that comes with a tour-pak, lowers, more warranty (which seems important to you), 20k fewer miles, AND the water-cooled heads. Gravy is a color you like more.
Maybe lean-on them to let you keep the old one for a weekend to swap parts yourself.

I walked away right after I posted this and did some more rational discussion with myself. Came to the same conclusion that most of you guys did too.
I'd rather keep riding this bike (it does everything I need it to do) and worry about my next bike when it's time really time. I can always repaint a bike.
$8,000 is just a bit too steep.
