Wobbles are usually a combination a few things so be thorough and check it all, can't hurt.

While on a road trip my friend had a wobbling serious issue with his bike that caused him to have the bike towed 50 miles to the nearest HD dealership and he was informed that the bearings in the new wheels was packed incorrectly from the after market wheel company and after the quick fix the bike ran great. It should be noted that the bearing were practically all gone from the bearing pack. He was lucky that he did not loose control on the bike.

Quick update,

I still have to have the front bearings checked out, however my front tire from the dealer was SHOT... Bubbles in the tread, centerline of the tire was messed up, the tire was hopping and wobbling pretty bad.. Hopefully the replacement tire and the correct work to the front end will work correctly....

 

I know this is a old post, I'm trying to figure out my issue, I just installed a 1 inch lowering kit and a 21 inch wheel and tire on my 2012 Street glide, bike has 13,000 original miles, the rim is from wanaryd and the tire is a metzer , I am having the same decel wobble between 45mph to 25mph, how did you end up fixing the problem?
