Put LED lights in (I used Custom Dynamics), turn on flashers for a bit (will start flashing rapid) so canbus can learn the new current draw, when flashing normal speed turn flashers off and your done.
I replaced the entire tail light with a CD offering. When I replaced just the bulb it tripped the red light and turned the brake light off. The CD light doesn't need a load equalizer and is plug and play.
For the turn signals I got a pair of CD discs that have the 1156 plug. You just take out old ones and plug in the CD ones. Again, no load equalizer required.
CD Ringz in front signal, CD Fillerz in rear signals, and HD Electra Glo saddlebag run/brake/stop light
on the bags, plus HD tri bar run/brake light. When I hit the brakes, I want the cages to see me.
