Install instructions are plentiful if you look.

I did have to remove the switch connectors to run the wires internal. I removed the connectors with a sewing machine needle. I didn't know what I really wanted to accomplish so I just stuck the needle in the connector and wiggled it around until the pin can out.
I saw this connector animation after I completed the job. Sure wish I saw it before. Now I know how the connector works.


I used two weed wacker strings to pull through

Thats a lot of wire through those little bars. KW doesnt make it easy with the small holes.

 

They say a picture is worth a thousand words....I think the animation showing how to depin the molex plugs is priceless. I have watched numerous YouTube videos which try to explain the process and you see someone with experience unplug the wires with no effort at all. I think this little picture will prove invaluable to any of us swapping handlebars and wiring them internally. Thanks for posting this!

 

After riding a year with the KW 2+2, no more shoulder or back pains. Definitely worth the upgrade for me.

 

Which 2+2's did you buy? Narrow or Wide?

 

I'm looking to install these (300519) on an 09 FLHX.
Can these be installed with the stock clutch cable and wiring?
