Default J&S customer service

Just picked up a 2nd, used, J&S jack. The one I bought brand new has worked flawlessly for 6 years. The used one was bent as the previous owner tried to lift something that was clearly beyond what the jack is built for.

I sent a picture of the bent metal to Tanner at J&S. For a very reasonable price I had the replacement part the next day. As expected the J&S jack is back to perfect.

Don't waste your time with anyone else. J&S is the best

This is the kind of support you can offer your customers when you are not competing in the "be the cheapest provider of goods/services", aka the race to the bottom.

I'm thinking about getting their matching bike dolly as well, then I can keep both my bikes in the air for winter storage (among other uses).

It is to me. Slides right in place once the bike is up on the jack. Just remember to remove it before you lower the bike.
