Agree they're slacking.

 

The only issue I'm having is the "reading, reading, reading" syndrome. It doesn't affect anything, though it only started doing this since the 0.4 update.

My biggest issue is, I still have no soft "FAV" button functionality. It does nothing. ..

 

I had that problem too up until a few updates ago that specifically addressed it. It would work intermittently right after programming but it would clear itself after shutting down and recycling the ignition. Now it's been working ever since that one update. HD even replaced my head unit because of it but that didn't take care of the problem.
One thing I noticed before it got fixed was that if I programmed any of my regular "favorites" to a "media" song or playlist, that would really screw it up. I would program it for media and it would revert back to a prior programming selection or would just do nothing. I use that Fav button a lot. I have it programmed for "Media" and if I'm on "Tuner" and press "Fav", it brings me right back to where it left off before I switched to tuner.

 

That's pretty much the failure mode of mine. It works right after an up date for a day or so then fails where it does absolutely nothing. If I do a hard factory reset, it works again the same way...then quits.

What I have always set as a "FAV" is a favorite XM station...never tired to set another king of fav...ie, FM, AM or thumb drive song.

This thing has been jacked since the first software version, Sept. 2013...LOL

 

Oddly enough, I bought my 14 Limited in Aug of 14 and have never updated it yet. I don't even know what version mine is on. As it stands, I haven't been disappointed yet. With all of the update complaints I've read, I don't think I'm missing anything. Lol

 

Just to clarify, are you saying it's time for new version 1.21.0.5 to come out, because the latest version on the HD website is 1.21.0.4. Just want to make sure I didn't miss a version?
