Default 2015 Water pump failure

Water pump went out while at the southern backroads hog rally. Boswell's got me right in and got it fixed! Great shop! Since being replaced I've had to add antifreeze 2 times, it idles rough and it pings under load in 4th through 6th gears. I've got a FP3 on it and I've been trying to get it Better by auto tuning but so far no luck. I'm not seeing any signs of leakage and I don't know if this is a tuning issue or some mechanical problem like a compensator? Has anyone heard of heads being cracked causing issues like this? It's a 2015 ultra limited Low

It's just air burping out of the system from the replacement. Keep filling it and it will eventually stabilize.
What map are you running on your FP3?

I'm using the map for power duals with twin slash rounds and standard baffle. This was suggested by V&H FP3 Tech. I've been running this since the end of last summer. I haven't noticed the pinging under load until about a month ago. The rough idle and chugging starting from a stop is really bad since the water pump replacement.

My 14 cvo just went out Saturday with 32000 miles on it. I heave the extended warranty it I went ahead and bought a new pump and also replaced the thermostat while I had it all apart. Didn't want the bikesitting at the dealer for 2 weeks waiting to get fixed. Easy to do but damn sure not cheap.

my buddys 2015 just had the second one go out less then 25000
He was on the 4 corners tour both times
This time he just rode it. made it home 2 days ago
Put over 6000 miles on it with no pump, never overheated or caused issues

I had a little over 26,000 miles when mine went out. They changed it out then took it for a test ride and noticed something didn't sound right with my breaks. So they changed out my ABS module too. I'm thankful that I have ESP. They said it was about $1400 in parts.
