I bought a set of Hong Kong made billet shorty adjustable levers for my Buell Ulysses. They were well made and worked perfectly but the black anodizing on them turned sort of gun metal blue/purple in a year or so.
I look for at least 99% positive feedback when I'm buying from eBay. Unless it's something that only 1 or 2 sellers have, then it's a gut feeling call.

nope they were jet black when I put them on, will remove them the next wee get some rain for a few days and have them powder coated.
If Ebay, you'll get your money back if these are defective. Start a claim if it's worth it to you. They do pay. I've filed a claim and they took care of it.
