Hey, easy on the cop, he was doing his job, but yes, wrong place, wrong time.
If you dont want any standards for automotive lighting, contact your public servants who write the laws and ask them to abolish all automotive lighting laws.

By the standards you cited, only 3 white lights, they would be legal on a bike without passing lights or on a bike with passing lights if the passing lights are turned off.
