might as well do the whole deal. cams, pipes, breather, tuner, etc. then you have something to talk about, IMO.

I had my wife’s 16 dynoed last week, here are the numbers

FM 2-1-2 Stainless headpipe
4” Reinharts
Screamin Eagle Hi Flow air cleaner
TTS

87 HP
107 TQ

Buy the looks of some of the dyno sheets some cams only upgrade only add another 4-5 hp and 3-4 Tq, doesn’t look like enough gain for the money to me....

You are thinking overall numbers. Most cams show improvement at certain rpms or move the graph. For instance you are making max torque at 3600 rpm of 107 where say a tts cam or any other will making that at 2600 rpm and add your example of 3-4 at top. Now which bike is going to have more usable power? To many people get caught up in overall numbers. I will be doing a tts or woods cams this spring.

My lowly 14 Road King was a 103 HO so all Rushmore 14's were.

My 16 Heritage Classic Softail was and I think all 16 & 17 Dyna's were also.
