i have read that the older hammock seat actually gives more room than the newer one. that being said what are the part numbers for both or how do you tell them apart when purchasing?

Not sure which one is older. I have the one ending in 03A and like it a lot. Has a little deeper bucket than the other one and helped my riding posture tremendously.

 

The 03A is for 13"s back to 09 and give a little more legroom.

The 176 is for 14's and up.

I really like the 03A on my 14 Limited.

 

I demoed the 03A and it was a nice seat.I purchased the 176 seat and It did sit you up higher a hair and possibly not as far back as the 03A but not much to get worried about.The further you sit back the less room your passenger has.Keep that in mind. I’m trying the mustang 76033 to see how that works out.looking for a firmer seat.
