My Limited is new so it won't need tires for quite a while but I saw that the Dunlop American Elite is still available with a narrow whitewall so I might have to get some with the first replacement. Anyone done this and maybe have pictures to share?
Nope, not at all. I like the clean look of the black walls.

When I purchased my 2004 ultra it needed tires and polishing off the clear coat on the wagon wheel rims. Never thought twice on trying wide white walls. Love the classy look. I use 2 spray bottles: 1 water 1 soap and towels. Not much effort let the soap react for a bit rinse and towel them off. I even wash the tread why not remove any gas and oil where the tire hits the pavement. My soap product comes in its own spray bottle and I purchase them at the 99 cent store. Of course I am talking both wheels off the ground with a $80 HF Jack.

Right there with ya! Heritages, Deluxes and RKCs should all have WW's IMO.

I ride a lot and still find time to keep my bikes clean. Like you, its "my time" in the garage zoning out to tunes while cleaning/polishing and a cold one! It does eat up time but so what, its my time.

I had WWW's on my RKC and loved the look. When I got the new Limited with solid black tires I quickly realized how much I miss the white walls. When I need new tires I will be looking to go to the white walls again. I never minded cleaning them, just a few minutes more than non-whites. Thanks for posting the pics Uber, it's great to be able to see how they look on the bike!

I love the look of white walls on dressers, bring back the days when a dresser was a dresser. IMHO

I agree mostly. I've only seen a couple bikes run WWW's with something other than a spoke or FAT spoke wheel and have it still look good. Most new wheels today can't pull that off.

I'm going with the American Elite Narrow White Walls on my 2014 Police Electraglide. I will be putting them on in the first half of this March. I think the B/W color combo of the bike will be enhanced by the narrow white walls.

My other bike, a 2001 Heritage Springer, now has the American Elite WWW on them. I guess you could say I'm a fan of the white walls.

Ride Safe!

My OL loved whitewalls on her Heritage until I told her it was now up to her to clean them, lol.
