OK. I FINALLY broke down and bought the OEM felt liners for my '15 Ultra Limited. Good deal from Surdyke. I tried a cheaper set of one piece drop ins but was NOT happy with the fit or quality so they went back. Want NOTHING to do the the multi piece sets....

Now I want to get actual bags for my Saddlebags and TP. Was pretty set on the TopShelf bags and trays, but they say the trays won't fit with the OEM felt liners.
Anyone with experience with these or suggestions on better/better priced bags??

Have also looked at OEM 3 set bags but not sure which ones fit the Rushmores....(bought my bike used/no bags)

 

I've got the HD units for my saddlebags on my King. They were a gift from the salesman, which was nice since we bought 2 Touring bikes at the same time. LOL

We both love them. Very easy to walk into the hotel with your gear. Just pop open your bag, reach in and pull it out. On the road you go.
We have the one piece units, I agree the multi piece units look like a pain in the butt. Don't know when I would only need a little bag that has to sit on top of a big bag....

I think the bags fit whatever years pretty much. I doubt mine are the Rushmore specific bags, but they are the same general shape as the saddlebags so they work just fine.

 

I have to HD pull out bags too, they fit all years close enough, what I'm waiting for are the drop in liners from HD that fit the new stretched bags.....
