Temporary saddle bag removal options
Has anyone ever come across an aftermarket cosmetic part that covers the rear wheel area when the saddle bags are removed? Looking for something that will provide the occasional option of changing the bike's appearance when only taking shorter day trips and you can get by without the bags. Looking to indulge the urge for something different while still keeping the current bike instead of breaking the bank on a whole new one. |
You would still have the bag guards and exhaust bracket supports hanging out there for all to see with the bags removed, not sure how you would be able to overcome those cosmetically. |

I don't recall Rushmore era touring bikes coming with the bag guard rails. 13 and earlier yes.

My 14 came with bag guards, I bought these eliminators on ebay. Cleans up the front of the bags, if you find the skirts, this might work with them to smooth it out. |
