The D&D pipes, depending on what he has, should be $1,000 to $1,400.00. The are a great quality pipe and make good power. If he has the pipe he most likely has upgraded the air cleaner as well. There 's the stage 1 you want. If you can live with the bars you are all set. If not you can use the extra $1,000 and do bars.

Bike #1, all stock, it's a blank canvas to make it yours, don't settle for what someone else has done to one, the one time I bought a used Harley was in 2010, a 2009 FLHT, previous owner had done a bunch of stuff to it, I removed all that stuff and started from scratch, BIG PITA, that's why I say go stock and make it yours!
