Me, I’d be happy if it would just default to the nav open on startup.

And it's a thumb drive plugged into the USB port, so I know it's not waiting to connect to Bluetooth so it defaults to something else. The most annoying aspect is that the behavior is totally random. And it is especially irritating when I have the volume at the level that I can hear the USB drive (the files are all "normalized", so I have to use a bit more volume), but XM starts instead: and it is BLARING. Not that I'm averse to loud rock-n-roll, but there are times I don't want to have my eardrums pummeled because the idiot programmers can't or won't put out a product that actually works right.
As i stated i can't vouch for what happens with the newest release, but mine works consistently, always to the ipod that is wired to the juke box. It will be a few days before i get back, i will post the software version that i am using.
This was an issue for at least a year and was never fixed until i got version ???, then has worked consistently and because of this and not having to turn the radio on at all and still monitoring the oil pressure i have not updated the software in at least a year and half.

Some times my 15 Street Glide would go back to radio, from USB. After restarting it, like a fuel stop.

Spot on!!!!! I’d rather the bike came on with Nav, assumed I was heading somewhere and needed all the information I have programmed my screen to show, and then let me choose whether I wanted to listen to music, and what I wanted to listen to. I always felt like the bike assumed I wanted to just stay in the shop and listen to the radio. Not why I bought the bike.

i'm running the 1.20.3 and it's been flawless. Don't think i'll mess with success . what i don't get is why HD can't get a handle on their updates ? Pretty lame !

Mine defaults to the ipod each time i start up, then a couple minutes in my phone will take over. I have never used the actual radio though, I always used the ipod which is plugged in until this year.

Has anyone figured out how to get Nav to come up as the default yet?

Don't see this as an option... Perhaps w/ a future update... Hate that the audio/radio defaults to "on".
