I've had one for 10 years and it works fine. My only complaint is that the release valve is a little sensitive when letting the bike down. It does wobble a little because of it's size, but I've not heard of a single one failing in the hundreds of post on this forum over the years. You don't need the tie-down straps unless you take off a wheel and didn't center jack where the bike would be balance. I also have a Pit Bull that I don't use because it takes up to much room in my garage. It's more stable, but at five times the cost, it should be.

I don't have one because I haven't needed one. I also park my wife's car and my truck in the garage. It's easy to move the bike on a J&S jack and not so easy to move a bike lift out of the way.
When I build my new shop I'm going to buy a lift and install it in a recess in the floor. It won't be in the way and vehicles can straddle it.
