Default Does my luck just suck or what

Several weeks ago I posted i had a new vibration on my bike. Mainly in the highway pegs. This has gotten worse and I started feeling it in the floor boards.
Last week I noticed a little “wobble” in the bike. Especially when making left turns. So I take it in to the dealership today. I wait for a few hours and they finally get it in the shop. 45 minutes later the service rep tells me the neck bearings need to be replaced. I’m like “REALLY”! The bike only has 27,000 miles on it. How did they wear out that soon?
The rep didn’t have a good answer for me. Which I more or less expected.
Anyone else seen the neck bearings go this soon? Or is my luck really this bad? I’m being to believe my green Harley may actually be bad luck.

No zirk fittings (grease fittings) in the neck so that these bearings can be greased, I drilled, tapped and put zirk fittings in my 2016 Limited and have had no problems.

Neck bearings could have been loose for a while and the cups got wallowed out. Or, they just could have been dry; the only thing to do now is replace them.

how many miles are on your tires. Worn tires may cause wobble. But If your neck bearings are really shot replace them quick.

Sorry man but look on the bright side. Minor compared to others problems. Glad you found it before it put you in the hospital.

Hopefully smooth sailing ahead.
