Sputtering during acceleration on cold engine
First, we need to stop calling this the "New" section.
Ok, so the other day I was leaving my house and hadn't done a full warm up like I normally do. I idled to the end of the driveway and when I throttled up to take off the bike sputtered a bit then took off. A short run to the stop sign and the end of the street and it did it again when taking off. It didn't do this again the rest of the day no matter how long I stopped for, I rode about 200 miles or so with several stops and the last one the bike had plenty of time to cool down but I gave it a proper warm up before I took off again.
Relevant info:
I don't think this has to do with it being cold so am looking for some simple things to check while I have it down for the 40K service this weekend. I already plan on checking plugs and the fuel filter shows service at 100K and think that is in the tank so that is not going to happen (not to mention it ran find for hours after).
Anyone else have this issue under the same circumstances?

Relevant info:
- 2014 Street Glide, 103, FP3, Stock header, RCX Exhaust, K&N Air Filter, 39K miles
- The week before this happened I almost ran it out of gas, it was the most the tank had ever taken (5.8gal) but it never went "empty". The bike has never done this before ever and after the first couple of sputters within 100 yards of my driveway, it never happened again and I was riding pretty hard at a few spots (90+mph).
- I updated the FP3 tune back to the V&H recommended tune (starting a new AutoTune and never had issues with this tune before)

Well, I rebooted the bike and phone then loaded the stock maps back in and that fixed the issue. I then loaded the Twin Slash Round slip-on map that V&H told me to load and it worked fine as well. When I put it in auto-tune mode, it comes right back. Very strange. I have a ticket logged with V&H to see if we can get to the bottom of this.

RCX exhaust and a K&N filter.....?? Are you referring to the quality of the components or the components in general? Or are you referring to "stuff" like my extended brake pedal and extended shifter? Serious? Give me a break.
