If you check out you tube and some of the car detailing forums they have some tricks for cleaning them. One saw was pretty slick in that the guy used some magnets buried/sewn into some t-shirt material or a sponge and slipped it into the headlight and scrubbed it around with some cleaning solution like ammonia free Windex.

I tried the ESP route and they will not cover it, they say it's cosmetic, not defective.
I took mine all apart today and was going to remove the rubber plug.
Mine does not have a rubber plug in it at all.
I'm pissed, all the money and the light sucks.
I have pics but cant get them to load.
