no one saw the truck and the cops never found him. So no one to sue... which sucks.

Yeah when I was on my back I kept hoping that this guy wasn’t super committed to the whole kilt thing, he kept getting closer and closer, it was a nightmare!!!

Man - glad you are here to tell us about this. Had to be a very frightening ride.

The guy that lost the load probably realized this as soon as it happened but didn't stop to see what damage it did. I just have to imagine that a pole that size made some noise when it fell off.

Good luck - (which you already have) - get better.

Glad you made it out okay. That one could have been way worse. Good luck on your recovery.

That looks like a section of pump truck hose. I would call the companies that offer that service and say "Hey I found a pipe and wondered if you lost one and want it back." They say yes, happy times. lol.

Glad you are okay and damn that kilt is distracting, but a serious question bald eagle or fuzzy. lol.

Just what you need - a crash AND a complimentary tea-bagging.

Glad your OK.

One would think with all you saw ...you would have already been on the brakes, as apposed to "still doing about 80"
