Yes I would Buy at Right Price
Check the tires over closely. Change all fluids - engine oil, primary, tranny, coolant, hydraulic fluids. Check drive belt slack. Clean air filter. If up to it, check critical bolts. Ride and enjoy. These bikes aren't like trying to have sex with a virgin.

I would change the oil & filter cold, get it hot and then change all fluids; engine oil & filter, trans, clutch, brake, coolant.

Price sounds pretty good. I wouldn't be too concerned. I wont be that guy that says change all fluids for the 83rd time here. Obviously not rode much over its lifetime.
