Default What Brake fluid ?

Hey guys, my speed bleeders arrived, and I need to get some brake fluid so I can change it out. I forgot to look in the service manual before I left the house.

While Im out I知 going to stop at an auto parts store to buy some.

Can someone one let me know what I need? I知 thinking it痴 dot 4, but want to confirm.

This is is for my 2015 Road Glide.

Thanks again for the replies. Got the brake fluid changed out last night. I really didn’t look bad, and didn’t appear to have any moisture/water in it. Probably could have gotten away with at least another season, but it’s done.

Next up is a better change, been cranking a bit sluggishly lately, so I have a New Deka from Batterymart that was delivered today.

How did it go with the speed bleeders? I am planning on changing the bleeder screws out when the Limited needs a flush. I flushed my BMW the old way and cursed the mess so I bought some for that bike for next time but I have not gotten a chance to use them yet!

It went very well, the only mess I had was when I accidentally kicked over my catch can.

If getting speed bleeders, get the bag and hose kit too. There’s no mess when using the bag.
