I may be the last to the party figuring this out but I found while playing music from a usb drive the mute button acts as a pause button. If you're getting that annoying reading...reading...reading message and you press the mute button twice that message stops.

 

No, I might be last. I have noticed that on my Limited. Doesn't always occurr, but often enough. I don't really notice it, but I'll give the double shot mute button solution a try.

Thank you. That annoys the crap out of me. Another way to cancel it is go to a radio station and go back. Way don't they fix it. It didn't use to do that. Thanks again
