19" or 21" Front Wheel on 2014 FLHTK Limited
Hey everybody. I'm considering putting a 19" or 21" front wheel on my 2014 Ultra Limited. I've searched around trying to find some photos to get a comparison but haven't had too much luck in finding Ultras with that size front wheels. My riding partner (wife) thinks a 21" would just be too much, she's seen several on Street & Road Glides.
Could y'all help me out and post some pics of your Ultra with 19" or 21" front wheels? Thanks in advance.
Here's what I'm working with.

I don’t think you have to do anything special to put a 19” on it. But I think you have to get -1” shocks for the forks, for a 21”
I may be wrong though, since your bike comes with 13” rear shocks. Though my buddy put a 21” on his limited, and he did have to lower the front 1”
For reference, my Streetglide below, came stock with 19”

Here is a 21" on my 2014 sgs, nothing needed except a fender extension mount. My current extension came with the bad dad front fender. But before that, hogpro where I bought the 21 from, included a extension for the stock fender which I had on there till recently.

The above picture is the 19” on my ‘12 FLHTK. I also had the matching 18” on the rear. No modifications to the front fender or suspension. One note to think about. On the highway the 17” stock set up is more forgiving than the 19” on a rough rode, pot holes etc. I think this is due to a taller side wall on the 17”. Overall handeling on the 19” was good, I used the HD tires and had this set up for 20k+ miles.

Doesn't need to be lowered an inch if one go with 21" wheel/tire, I lowered mine as shop that I got it done through recommended and I don't regret it. When I reached out to Legend suspension if I should go with 1" drop with my 21" wheel/tire and they don't recommend it but they said it'll be fine as they have adjustment to stop their suspension from bottoming out. It works perfect on my setup, have ran over huge potholes with ease, not a dent to my front fender.
If anyone is thinking about 21" wheel/tire I highly recommend it, I would have gone with 23" wheel/tire if I don't have to change the rake to the triple tree.
