Whatcha gonna do about the now superfluous speaker holes now?
Admittedly I'm not a fan of losing that much function but its your bike, No way I'd give up Nav... my buddy did a Kraus top clamp, switch delete and a similar style bar and he just did a speedo / tach relocate clamp to attach them to his bars and it works great with his infotainment setup. (Another friend went with the Sony unit with a similar bar setup too and that's great.)
Looks like you need to fab a wiring tunnel and clean up and paint that 3D Print, the raw print looks good for a print but looks incomplete. If this is really the route you are wanting to go down then you have a good start. Interested to see where you land with the rest of the inner fairing when it's all done.

I may cover the cables and wires later, but I have been riding with them like that few a few years and it hasn't bothered me yet. As for painting the gauge mount, that will come later. I really more just wanted to see if I could do it. I created that part from nothing and printed it on my 3d printer.

Looks like you have done quite a bit to make everything work for you. My compliments to your ability to do this.
I do use my radio and all of the other things the bike comes with. Guess i am just one of those tach people. Still, we all have different ideas - and I admire yours.
