Wet head cams different than HO 103 cams?

Wet head cams different than HO 103 cams?
Max torque on a wethead is at 3750 vs 3250 for the HO. I know compression is a quarter point higher also. So are the cams different or is there another reason? Haven't had time to call Harley to compare part numbers.

Nan swear my own question, nope, same part numbers. Must be CR and tuning.
