I looking to do the Air Cleaner upgrade and want to keep the stock air cleaner cover.
What do you think is the best Stage One air cleaner to use with the Stack cover?? Why?

HD has a stage 1 air filter combo for about $149 that will use the stock cover. It will replace everything else, including the '103' shield, but you can still use the original one.
I installed it. It's a bit of a pain the get the braket out, that connects the front and rear cylinder, has some clips for wires attached to it. Other then that it's an easy install.

The fuel moto kit leaves that PIA bracket in place, took all of 20 minutes to install..worked well for me

 

I bought the HD before Fuel Moto had theirs for sale. The HD one does everything it needs to do, and I got a 20% discount on it from my dealer. I used some painters tape on my gas tank and cylinder heads while removing the bracket, no need to take the tank off like the instructions tell you to.

Mine got installed this weekend. 20 minutes to install and the 20 minutes included drinking a beer.

 

I upgraded to the Streamin Eagle Stage One intake and it uses the stock cover, but has a upgraded badge that you do not have to use. It can be added and removed as it has velcro backing.

I had mine installed along with street cannons and the program.She runs sweet it think.Its still in the basement with only 800km on it from last fall.
