Yep. You're F'd. The BT line (top entry of the 3 lines shown) is supposed to have a check box on its' left.

Couple things to try:

1. Infotainment reset
2. re-install software version you're running or a known to work previous version.
3. see if BT is selectable

If that doesn't fix it, time for a visit to the dealer to see if Tech II can re-enable BT or warranty the radio.

no, you obviously have no clue. I'm having the same issue. Harley tells me onnlyyy 1600 for a new headunit

 

Hammz has been around this system for quite sometime - we believe his knowledge is invaluable.

So, if you believe your head unit is bad - let's try some different things.

First, do you have the 6.5 or the GTS. If you have the 6.5, my bet is you can probably find one that someone on here replaced for around $350 or so. Please check the for sale.

Do an Infotainment system reset. It should reset the BT.

BTW - I DO HAVE A CLUE!
