Default Passenger floorboards

Is there a way to move the passenger floorboards back an inch or two. With my feet on the ground and if I roll forward a little my leg hits the floorboard? This is on my 2014 Limited.

I know on my CVO they can be moved quite a bit. They are on an arm that allows them to be rotated up and back toward the rear of the bike. I'm not sure what the standard Limited bracket looks like though.

I need to move mine also does any one know if the CVO's setup will do this and will this fit on a 2014 limited? Part numbers would be a plus.

Thanks in advance.

I don't know the part numbers, but the CVO rear floorboards and brackets are definitely bolt on for the other touring bikes.

Don't know if they could adjust back the images only show it adjusting up and forward. But looking at them they look like it could be set to the back position? Kinda pricey though, but what Harley stuff is not.

I got used to it for two up riding. When my wife hops off I always kick them up with the backs of my legs before trying to maneuver. A little scary at first as you can't walk the bike. You just learn not to walk it.

I've noticed they seem a lot closer on my new 2014 Limited than they were on my 2007 Ultra.

Have you found a solution yet? I picked up my CVO Limited last Monday and my calf's are black & blue and I've just about dropped it twice when coming to a stop. Love the bike but being only 5'8" the seat height is a bit of an issue as well. Do you think lowering it would be a problem to maintain the outstanding ride?

Good luck on your search, I'm curious as to what you'll find. In the meantime, why not just off load your passenger and flip them up. I'm not a fan of backing up with a passenger anyhow if I can avoid it. That extra weight really comes into play if you're trying to back up on a loose surface.

Just looked at my Limited, and the rear floor boards don't look adjustable.
