Default 2014 roadking heated grips question

I figured out the acc cable 8 pin that goes in the side cover. Got the right grip installed. My question is doe anyone have the wiring diagram for the 2014 RK? I want to know if the end of the handlebar twist grip sensor leads to the small two pin connector that is on the left side of the bike under the headlight nacelle. I think it is prewired that way. Also, the jumper harness has a white 2 pin end that connects to the end of the LH grip, and that harness routes through the handlebars. Is that the way it is supposed to be wired, and are you suppose to clip the other end off and attach the female connector that came with the grips so that it connects to said prewired connector.? am so confused. If anyone has done this please reply.

I went home at lunch and did a continuity test from the end of the RH grip to the 2 pin connector under the triple trees. It has continuity. So now I have to pull the LH grip off and get the wire harness run through the bar down to some slot at the base of the bars.
