What brands of tires do they carry? I'm done with Dunlops; I figured out long ago that although they score high in longevity, there are other tires that easily outperform them in rideability and handling. I have a heavy bike and frequently ride two-up which leads to worn rear tires more often than I would like. I'd rather have a high-performing tire with a shorter shelf life than a long-lived mediocre one. Lately I'm on Avon Cobras, although my first Cobra rear was toast at 8900. The first 8000 miles it was a great tire though.

I had him put on the stock Dunlops. I had a pair of Michelin Commander 2's but I wasn't a fan of them. I didn't even ask what other brands he carries.

Pirelli Night Dragons for me. Great tire for handling. I lean my EG over and dont worry. Not to expensive either. Downside is they wear out pretty quick. About 8k on the rear and it was worn out. Put on a new rear about 2k ago. The front still looks good, about half gone.

That time of year again. Temps going down. I try to get out at least one day a week but getting older and the temps feel colder. Next week temps in 40s and 30s at night. Ouch.

My issue isn't so much the cold as it is the friggin rain.
I'm no Princess, but I ride because I enjoy it. Getting all bundled up or wet isn't enjoyable to me.
