Where I go it takes longer to pay then the inspection.

Check for working lights, horn and quick visual of overall bike.

 

Years ago a dealer in PA would not pass my bike because it was lacking the seat grab strap.

 

For several yrs my friend who lives in Pa. never got his bikes inspected, til recently. After thinking about it, he said if there's ever an accident, personal injury, damage to his bike or another vehicle, vandalized, fire damage or theft, the insurance co. could say, sorry.... that bike should've never been on the road w/out an inspection sticker. The way he see's it, the price of inspection is a cheap price to pay to cover your bases.
