This sounds outstanding! I believe I may accept the challenge for the next cycle.
In a similar vain and I'm sure with the same motivation [get people to visit participating vendors] my wife and I participated in Connecticut's "Passport" Program. http://ctwine.com/events/passport/
One essentially picks up a "Passport" at a participating winery. Then, for every winery you visit, you have your Passport stamped. If you fill the Passport, you are entered for a prize (such as an all expense paid trip to a European region for winery visits). Yes, I am aware that riding and wine tasting is not the best combination; however, with a little restraint, it is doable. Winning the grand prize would certainly be a bonus; however, the destinations throughout Connecticut were [mostly] spectacular.
True, and is a good thing! It is now back to the original name “Twin States HD” and is now owned by the same folks as Seacoast HD, Boston HD and HD of Rochester.
Well, it is New England after all and the main goal is getting body's in the buildings.
Since we loose the majority of riders for 4 to 6 months a year here it makes sense.
One down; how many to go? Visited Ronnie's in Pittsfield, MA this weekend. It is illogical that a grown man should be so excited to do this challenge, yet I am! My greatest fear is lacking the self-control to not buy another bike.
I've heard of the challenge before but had no idea they gave a bike away. Whole thing seemed interesting but pointless. But a free bike for taking a bunch of nice rides..... Ill give it a shot.
