I will be moving to the upstate Ny in a couple of weeks. Just would like to know if there is any bike nights in the Forestport area? Utica is about 30-45 mins. from were I will be moving to. Any info will help me out alot.

 

I'm not sure about Forrestport but Utica HD has bike night on Thursday I think. Sylvan Beach has bike night on Tuesdays. I know there are more but I couldn't say where. I'm not really into bike nights. I went to the one in the beach once it was ok I guess if that's your thing. It's just not really for me. I'd rather just go on a solo ride. Send me a PM when you get to the area. I'm not far from you in Rome. There is a lot of nice riding around here.

Welcome to Upstate N.Y. there not a lot that I know about except Utica area check out utica h.d. .com check out HOG club also ABATE of Oneida County and Tomestone saloon , and I think I heard something about WOUR ( a local classic rock station ) there on the net . I am in Lowville so we are not that far apart. Where are you moving from?

 

Watch yourself if you go to Sylvan Beach if your scoot has loud pipes. Local fishrap had a recent story in it where there was some sort of charitable ride/event out there and some Leos decided to **** on the campfire by tossing out boatloads of tickets. Wasn't there myself, just what I read.

 

Yep Utica HD every Thursday night, but they are over now. But we still meet there on Thursday nights, also first Wensday night is local HOG chapter meeting.

Thanks for all the info.. Just settling in on the move. Went out for a ride up to Old Forge today. Wow it is so different riding here from were I use to ride.
