I have a 2012 fat bob and I was in a hurry to change my oil and forgot to put engine oil back it. I started it up and ran it for 30 to 45 seconds before I shut it off. it never started knocking or making any funny noises. I have not messed with it for a few hours so I was wandering if it would still be ok or if I just really messed it up.

 

Fill it up and forget it. It had enough coating it for the short duration it was running.
