Breakout oil temp gauge
Can anyone direct me to where I can get an analog oil temp dipstick for my 2016 breakout in Australia?

In this day and age? Unlikely - digital rules! The MoCo sells suitable digital dipstick and guage, otherwise it's aftermarket. I suggest you call in on the Softail section, where there will be more members to see your query.
