Was on the road last week and stopped by Napa Auto. They carry Schaeffer's V-Twin 20-50 for $8.99 so I changed in the parking lot.

Local Import house has it for $7.98 at home.

I have used #705 Supreme 7000 and have just tried the #707 V-Twin during my last ride I posted above. I noticed when the engine was real hot (medium to hard riding 90+ degrees) the lifter/push rod/rocker noise was louder. I just drained the V-Twin and went back to the #705 Supreme 7000. Links to the PDF data sheets.

Thx for your observations - quite often newer does not mean better. I use 707 but live in smoking hot country and might give 705
a try.

Just got off the phone with a dealer and the Schaeffer tech rep happened to be there. He said he would guarantee that using these products in a Harley will put a smile on your face. LOL Anyway he said he will give me my money back of I am not satisfied. There products are Harley Specific.....and full synthetic. Look up the specs on the web.
Their oils are para-synthetic which is not a full synthetic. The base oil is a group II which is mineral based. I'm not saying that's a bad thing at all, but you're mistaken when you say it's full synthetic.

From Schaeffers web site.

"Supreme 7000™ Synthetic Plus Racing Oil is not recommended for 4-cycle, ATV or motorcycle engines specifying a JASO MA or MB, NMMA FC or FC-W 4-cycle oils."

Full synthetic is no more tha 40% DINO BASE. 100% is totally synthetic. To keep it simple, FULL basically comes out if the ground, and 100% comez totally out kf a Lab. Mobil 1 is Full, thats why it is priced lower than 100% synthetic by almost double.

JASO MA & MB are wet clutch specifications and, unlike HD, many motorcycle and ATV's use a common oil sump for both
the engine and their wet clutch. FWIW.

hahahahaha!?!

you will be surprised at how many cars show the sponsor logo BUT DO NOT RUN THE ACTUAL PRODUCT in the car.
i run industrial products that take way more severe abuse than a race car and do it 24/7 nearly full power applied all the time and sometimes transits over it. they do not cost 20 bucks a qt. either.
