Welcome

Clean and inspect the o-rings on the drain bolts. Torque on the drain bolts is 14 - 21 ft-lbs. Just snug up the drain bolts with a 5/8" and give them a gentle tug; it's all they need

Allan, if you're going to service your bike yourself then do yourself a favour and buy the factory service manual. It will tell you everything you need to know, like where your various drain plugs are (there are three), plus a whole lot more you need to know!

Where can I get the factory service manual? I see one called Clymers - is this the best for the 2012 Dyna FLD?

can't speak to bike manuals specific, but have owned a few Clymers and Chiltons for vehicles I've owned.
Compared to my Harley factory service manual, they're worlds away.
Harley factory service manual is FAR more detailed ..yes, they're triple the price of Clymers, but a 100 times more detail/info

I don't know if dealers have your year in stock, but you can find them on ebay and amazon.
a quick google search found this

You can search eBay as well, usually find a good deal on manuals.
