Hex head filter wins = k&n. Be careful selecting correct one for model.
Forget complicated and no need to read for days.

Bosch 3330 from Menards affordable quality filter. Peal off sticker and it's black & looks good.

I don't think too many people will even respond to that since it's been beaten to death right along with what's the best oil, or primary, or trans fluid. You my get a few that just tell you what they are currently using. Myself, K&N on both my bikes for several years now. Like Checkers says, you can read for days and still be confused.
