Elec. Dipstick

So I have one if those digital dipstiks on my '01 RK. It was on there when I bought the bike. How the heck do I get it out so I can out the original back in?

Look at the original. If it is threaded, then just unscrew it. If it's held in by a rubber stopper try twisting and pulling it out.
