Switching types of oil
I have a 2015 Ultra with a 103. 5K miles. Currently running semi-synthetic engine oil. Is it safe to change over to full synthetic at this point?

Lotsa engines come from the factory with syn. Were you afraid it was gonna hurt your v-twin?

doesn't hunt to ask...."back in the day" they used to say to break in your motor before switching to synthetic or your motor wouldn't break in...if that is really a thing I'd say 5K is plenty to break it in.
