oil choice

2009 road glide...should i use mobile 1 20w50 synthetic in all 3 holes?

You could, but it would not be the best choice for the trans.

Use 75w140 in trans Oil in primary and oil tank

Your bike has three holes so you can put a suitable oil in each.....
