Stick with Royal Purple?
I own a 2015 Road King and I've been using Royal Purple 20w-50 in the motor and primary and their 75w-140 gear oil in all of my bikes for years and I'm just wondering if there is a better less costly choice. Any thoughts? Thanks.

There are definitely less costly choices, however, why? If you have been using it with great success, why change?
I use Amsoil personally. I have used Mobil 1 vtwin, it is a bit noisy, but great oil. That would be the least cost choice and very easy to find.

I see nothing in the supplied references that support your statement that Bel-Rey and Royal Purple are even remotely similar? Where’s the proof? Can you explain further please.

Maybe what he wanted to say was that both Bel-Ray and Royal Purple are owned by Calumet Lubricants http://www.calumetspecialty.com/prod...anded-products
