I install a pc racing stainless oil filter and my oil presser went up to 22 lbs at idle, and 34 at cruse. I do not know much about this oil presser, to me it would seem the more the oil presser the more plug you oil filter is. is this normal

Your pressures seem fine for a not hot engine. A hot engine likely will have lower pressure at idle. I noticed very little change in pressure.

 

My oil pressure didn't change when I started using a PCRacing filter.
