Thank you guys, a lot of good ideas here.
I did try something similar to Yankee Dog and Uncle Larry's answer with one big screw driver but it didn't budge at all and the chisel method got be a little bit anxious, I was afraid to perforate the piece of motor holding the filter. I was able to remove the regulator which gave me a another small access to the side of the filter.
I like cdonis idea, I will try tomorrow to find what I need. I might have a little bit of the filter left to drill 2 screws in it, maybe through the wrench, anyone ever tried it? I saw the video below on YouTube today, I guess it might work.
Finally, I did it. I did find 3 bolts that would fit the filter holes but nothing hard enough so the three of them would turn together. The bolts were too loose for the filter to budge. So I decided to drill two holes on the side of my HD wrench and then I put two small screws through the wrench and what was left of filter, small enough so they wouldn't touch the oil filter adapter, i.e. the hollow screw. I was then able to put some force on the wrench and have the filter move just a bit. After a few try it finally detached from the adapter and I was able to complete my oil change! Oh! and I made sure of applying oil to the gasket and not tighten the filter too much! The head of the screws did scratch the paint on the motor a little bit but nothing to worry about for now.

this is how i did it today on a high mileage 98 fatboy I purchased as a project. I have all the correct tools and none of them worked. been wrenching on bikes for 30 years and this was the toughest i've ever come across....
ended up drilling 2 holes in a filter tool and inserted big screws finally got that sucker loose and oil change done.
